From December 9 to 20, 2024, Aleph de Verano was Crecimiento's second pop-up city: two weeks to close the year building, celebrate what had been done and leave everything ready for 2025. More than 1,500 people took part.
The programming combined thematic days on DeFi, infrastructure, governance and AI with a four-day hybrid hackathon with 280 builders, a three-day FHE and zero-knowledge bootcamp with 65 students, a workshop edition of Regulation Day alongside the Cámara Argentina Fintech, a wellness track and 15 side events organized by the community. More than 50 partners and sponsors came along, and over 100 speakers from all over the world took the stage.
Guests included Vitalik Buterin, Juan Benet and representatives from the Ethereum Foundation, Zama, ZKsync, Optimism, Aztec, Starknet and Avalanche.
Aleph de Verano was as much an event as a thank-you: a chance to reconnect the community that had made the year possible, reflect on what had been built, and start shaping what was coming.
