The third edition of the Aleph Hackathon ran from March 21 to 23, 2025, within Aleph March '25, under the motto "Argentina Leads the Crypto Revolution". It ran in a hybrid format: in person at the Aleph Hub and virtual, with hackers connecting from the rest of the world. More than 260 hackers took part and submitted 61 projects.

Two builders focused on their project during the Aleph Hackathon

Prizes exceeded 40 thousand dollars, with World, ZKsync, Mantle, Stellar and Polkadot as sponsors. The tracks covered AI agents, DeFi, security, and account abstraction and interoperability. The preparation included four workshops, and the teams worked alongside a panel of 19 judges, mentors and speakers from the sponsor teams, along with BuidlGuidl, Aztec and Optimism.

Each sponsor picked its top project: Circuls (World), Big Brain MCP (Mantle, best AI app), MetaCitizen (best app on ZKsync), OpenProxy Gov (Polkadot) and PayGo (Stellar). The organizing team added special mentions for ObscuraProtocol, Stellar Orbit and Passwallet.

The edition had its color moments too. Elias Nova, an AI agent developed by the team, helped groups structure their MVPs during ideation. Cherry.builders matched dozens of hackers into teams before the start. And Chiliz rewarded some participants with tickets to the Argentina-Brazil match.
