Founder School

Where ideas learn to grow

Founder School is a two-month program designed for early founders taking their first steps — those who already have an idea or a small project and want to turn it into a real company.

It is one of many initiatives that have emerged organically from the ecosystem — projects built by the community, for the community — and that Crecimiento continues to support as a key partner in its mission to empower founders across Latin America.

Through weekly classes, practical workshops, and mentorship sessions, participants learn the essential foundations of building a startup: from shaping an MVP and finding product–market fit, to crafting a go-to-market strategy, understanding legal and contractual frameworks, and mastering the art of pitching.

Each session combines learning and practice, bringing together founders, mentors, and ecosystem leaders in a collaborative environment that encourages creation, feedback, and community building.

There are great ideas across Argentina and Latin America — but they need support and a collaborative environment to grow, especially in their early stages. That’s one of the reasons Crecimiento exists: to empower local talent and turn potential into concrete solutions.
