Founder School is the founder training program founded by Laura González: a free, equity-free, global journey that takes a person from an initial idea to a first working startup. It was born in late December 2024 as one of the spin-offs of the Crecimiento ecosystem, and it has trained more than 280 founders since.

The program is cohort-based and runs for ten weeks. It combines theoretical content with live sessions led by experienced founders and investors, and its curriculum covers the full path of building a startup across seven modules: what it means to be a founder, value proposition and pricing, the MVP, go-to-market, growth and team, practical legal matters, and the fundamentals of fundraising.

It is aimed at aspiring founders and pre-seed or seed-stage founders building on emerging technologies like crypto, blockchain and artificial intelligence, with participants from different countries and verticals. Graduates get lifetime access to the materials and sessions, exposure to early-stage investors, opportunities with Web3 accelerators, and credits in tools like AWS.

There have been four cohorts since January 2025. The first split its projects across fintech, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and edtech. The third took the program global and added one-on-one mentorship and a network of builders, chains and investors.
