Regulation Day is Crecimiento's flagship regulatory conference and one of Argentina's main forums for discussing the future of tech regulation. It gathers regulators, lawmakers, industry chambers and private-sector leaders with one goal: building bridges between the public sector and the innovation ecosystem. The premise is simple: if we want startups to stay in the country or choose it as their home, we need a regulatory framework that measures up, one that far from being a barrier acts as a catalyst for their growth.

The format is a full day of panels and talks. The agenda follows the regulatory questions of each moment: digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization, compliance, anti-money laundering, AI regulation and special economic zones.

Panel alongside the Cámara Argentina Fintech: innovation and regulation in action

There have been five editions so far, with more than 300 speakers in total. The first, in August 2024, was at the time the largest public-private Web3 event held in the country, with the participation of Roberto Silva, president of the National Securities Commission. The second was a workshop edition alongside the Cámara Argentina Fintech, with more than 200 attendees. The third, at Aleph March '25, focused on financial convergence, with the support of ARCAP, investBA and ZKsync. The fourth debuted on the main stage of Devconnect Buenos Aires, with more than 500 attendees and over 50 global speakers. And the fifth, during the Institutional Week of Aleph March '26, devoted the day to stablecoins, compliance, the transformation of the financial system and AI regulation.

The conference is the visible face of work that continues all year. Crecimiento also runs the Regulatory Roundtables: private working sessions where companies, policymakers and technical experts align diagnoses and co-design regulatory paths. There have been two so far, devoted to virtual assets and tokenization, and to the intersection of blockchain and artificial intelligence.

Regulation Day is the program that sustains the movement's institutional dimension: the public conversation opens the agenda, and the working table turns it into proposals.
