Regulation Day & Regulatory Roundtables

Building trust, together.

At the core of Crecimiento’s mission lies a conviction: regulation can be a driver of innovation. That idea brought the regulatory conversation to the center of the movement — bringing together policymakers, legal experts, and builders to rethink the future of Argentina’s digital economy.

At Crecimiento, we believe that crypto and AI regulation is not a barrier but a tool for enabling innovation, adoption, and long-term impact. That’s why we work alongside public and private actors to design frameworks that empower startups, protect users and investors, and bring clarity to those building Argentina’s crypto future.

In a country with massive crypto adoption and fertile regulatory ground, Argentina has a unique opportunity to lead. With the right rules, we can unlock local innovation, attract global talent, and provide long-term stability for builders, investors, and institutions alike.

2025: Regulation Takes Center Stage

The upcoming fourth edition of Regulation Day will establish the event as Argentina’s leading space to discuss the future of tech regulation. With a focus on Web3, virtual assets, and AI, this edition aims to strengthen bridges between the public sector and the innovation ecosystem within a regional regulatory hub — promoting concrete proposals such as Crecimiento’s Digital Special Economic Zone (DSEZ) project.

Key themes include Digital Special Economic Zones, Algorithmic Governance and AI Models, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Prevention and PSAV Taxation, Asset Tokenization, Regulatory Sandboxes, Academia and Continuous Innovation, and Smart Policy as a Driver of Development.

Partners, top voices, tech leaders, public and private institutions, legal firms, and international organizations will gather on Devconnect’s main stage to build the next chapter of Argentina’s regulatory future.

Previous Editions

Each edition of Regulation Day builds upon a growing movement to align innovation and institutional clarity.

The Workshop Edition, held in December 2024 during Aleph de Verano and supported by the Argentine Fintech Chamber, focused on the role of governments as facilitators of innovation, PSAV regulation, virtual asset taxation, compliance and Web3, Special Economic Zones, and dispute resolution via blockchain. Designed as a participatory workshop, it gathered over 200 attendees and fostered open dialogue between founders, policymakers, and professionals from both the public and private sectors.

In March 2025, With support from ARCAP, investBA, and ZKSync, we host the Regulation Day at the Aleph Pop-Up City. The discussion deepened around financial convergence, PSAV taxonomy, SEZ frameworks, and the convergence between Web3 and AI. Held at Aleph Hub’s auditorium, it brought together regulators, legislators, and industry leaders to define a predictable and innovation-friendly environment for Argentina’s tech ecosystem.

Together, these editions positioned Regulation Day as a cornerstone of Crecimiento’s mission — transforming policy into a shared, future-oriented dialogue.

Regulatory Roundtables

The Regulatory Roundtables extend this mission throughout the year, creating an ongoing space for collaboration between public institutions, regulators, and ecosystem leaders.

Designed as private working sessions rather than formal conferences, the roundtables offer a trusted environment where key voices — from companies, policymakers, and technical experts — align on challenges and co-design regulatory pathways for emerging technologies.

Roundtable I — Landscape for Virtual Assets — focused on PSAV regulation and asset tokenization, while Roundtable II — Blockchain & Artificial Intelligence — explored intersections between blockchain and AI.

By fostering constructive dialogue and knowledge exchange, the roundtables are building the foundation for modern, effective, and innovation-friendly regulation in Argentina.

Building the future of regulation

Crecimiento continues to shape a long-term vision where innovation and institutions move forward together. By bridging builders, regulators, and policymakers, we are building the frameworks that will define Argentina’s role as a regional hub for technological progress — from adoption to stability, from innovation to impact.
