After Devconnect, the crypto world saw the potential of Argentina and its ecosystem. Season 5 began with the vision not only of continuing to support local crypto talent, but also with the conviction that the nation's talent transcends crypto: Argentina has a disproportionate talent for building technology, and that talent reproduces and grows across every vertical. Following the results of 2025, we expanded our focus and our programs: the method that worked for crypto over the past year, we decided, should also support the talent growing in artificial intelligence, biotech and frontier tech at large.
We began with Aleph March '26, the fifth pop-up city: its four weeks were organized by themes and the programming looked beyond crypto, with dedicated days and workshops for artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics and quantum computing. The Aleph Hackathon had a new edition, with chapters across Argentina as well as verticals for each emerging technology.
At the same time, Crecimiento was chosen to host the first official Ethereum Community Hub in Latin America, with the support of Ethereum Everywhere and based at the Aleph Hub, to keep gathering the local community building on Ethereum.
The floor all of this stands on is the numbers of two years of movement: more than 15,000 people, more than 1,000 startups, more than 220 programs and more than 200 ecosystem partners.
Seeing traditional finance moving ever closer to crypto, we launched the LATAM Digital Assets Conf, the conference that will gather the region's digital asset leaders in Buenos Aires. Season 5 remains open.
