Aleph began as an experiment — an idea shared by a group of optimists who believed Argentina could become the world’s crypto capital. In the midst of uncertainty, they saw potential: a country full of talent, creativity, and ambition waiting for a chance to build.
What started as a bold bet became a movement. Over three seasons, Aleph evolved from a temporary pop-up city into a living ecosystem — a place where builders, founders, and dreamers from Argentina and around the world come together to shape the future.
In August 2024, Buenos Aires became the stage for a bold experiment: Aleph, Ciudad de Crecimiento, a one-month urban lab (pop-up city) that brought together more than 3,000 builders, creators, and policymakers.
It was here that Crecimiento found its identity. The mission was clear from the start — to bring people on-chain through real products, strengthen Argentina’s startup ecosystem, and build regulatory stability for the years to come.
Throughout the city, startups met with global protocols like Protocol Labs, ZKSync, Avalanche, Solana, and Worldcoin, while local champions such as Lemon, Belo, and Ripio anchored a vision driven by community.
By the end of that first Season, Aleph was no longer an idea — it was a movement. A living proof that Argentina’s creative, technical, and economic potential could converge into something much larger: a collective force of innovation.
If Season 1 was about ignition, Season 2 was about structure. After the success of the first Pop-Up City, Crecimiento focused on turning that energy into year-round programs — creating the foundation for an enduring ecosystem.
The launch of the Aleph Hub, Founder School, Hacker Houses, and Startup Track gave builders a continuous space to grow. Regulation Day became a milestone for public–private collaboration, where builders and policymakers sat together to design frameworks balancing innovation and trust.
Momentum kept growing. Global investors arrived in Buenos Aires, new partnerships emerged, and local policymakers began engaging with the movement. By the end of the year, Aleph de Verano crowned Season 2 as a celebration of what had been built: two weeks, 1,500 participants, 100+ speakers, and one message that echoed worldwide — Argentina is leading the future of crypto.
Where builders, innovators, and ideas converge
March 2025 marked the third edition of Aleph, transforming Buenos Aires once again into the world’s crypto and AI capital. More than 5,000 people from across the ecosystem — founders, investors, researchers, and policymakers — gathered at Aleph Hub, the living heart of this movement.
For a month, Aleph became a city within the city: hosting hackathons, startup accelerators, workshops, and summits that connected Web3 with AI, regulation, and culture. Highlights included Rayuela Startup Track, Regulation Day, Interop Summit, AI Day, and Conference Day, featuring global leaders and a special session with Vitalik Buterin.
Aleph proved once again that collaboration is Argentina’s greatest asset — turning the country into a laboratory for innovation, policy, and creation at a global scale.
Crecimiento is no longer just an idea — it’s a movement that the world has already seen. Argentina’s builders, startups, and communities are shaping the next wave of innovation, and global protocols are coming here not by chance, but by choice. They know this is where momentum lives — and where the future begins.
As we enter Season 4 — Bring Argentina Onchain, we’re stepping into a new stage of impact. One where the dream of the early optimists becomes tangible: a connected nation built through collaboration, technology, and purpose.
Crecimiento is now the gateway to Latin America’s digital future — a space where Argentina leads with creativity, builds with vision, and inspires a global movement to use technology for what truly matters: improving people’s lives.
