Aleph Hackathon 2025

The biggest hackathon in LATAM

This year’s edition of Aleph Hackathon marked a new milestone for the builder community across Latin America. For the first time, the event expanded beyond Buenos Aires through 25 local chapters organized by universities and communities, bringing the hackathon experience to places that had never hosted one before.

More than 1,500 builders from 26 nationalities participated, with 85% coming from Latin America — over half of them from Argentina. Diversity and inclusion defined this edition, with 34% of participants identifying as women, 35% coming from non-technical backgrounds, and nearly half joining a hackathon for the first time. The addition of an AI Track further enriched the experience, creating a unique space where developers, designers, founders, and students collaborated to solve real-world challenges using blockchain and artificial intelligence.

Each participant received mentorship before, during, and after the event, with more than 70 mentors from Crecimiento’s global network, 33 from sponsors, and over 40 in-person mentors supporting builders in local hubs. This model of continuous support has become one of Aleph’s hallmarks, ensuring that learning and community remain at the center of the builder journey.

Since its first edition, Aleph Hackathon has grown into a cornerstone of Crecimiento’s ecosystem — the place where thousands of builders test ideas, form teams, and take their first steps toward programs like Buildathon Season, Rayuela Startup Track, and the newly launched Hacker’s Club.

This year reaffirmed something we already knew: Latin America builds together — and Aleph Hackathon stands today as the biggest and most transformative hackathon in the region.
