Buildathon Season is a 6-week series of founder programs designed to help startups move faster.
Within the framework of the Aleph Festival, founders gain access to mentorship, one-on-one meetings, and masterclasses giving entrepreneurs across LATAM a unique chance to accelerate, connect, and get ready to showcase their projects to the world.
Argentina has the opportunity to show its startup potential. The country has become the stage where global protocols and local founders meet. This initiative is part of a broader movement, where multiple buildathon seasons are happening simultaneously across communities.
Some tracks are co-organized by Crecimiento with leading protocols, while others are hosted by partner organizations across the ecosystem. Each program has its own focus, format, and benefits ranging from privacy and consumer apps to infrastructure, DeFi, and adoption.
Within this journey, the Lisk Founders Track and the Uniswap Foundation DeFi Track, co-organized with Crecimiento, stand out as flagship programs offering a complete path for founders aiming to scale their projects.
The Buildathon Season grows with the support of local leaders across Latin America. These partners bring their energy, talent, and communities to strengthen collaboration and expand the builder funnel across the region.
We want to connect startups tackling concrete problems in LATAM with major global players. With Devconnect approaching, it’s a space to learn, build, and grow with a shared vision: Bring Argentina Onchain.
The Lisk Founders Track is one of the flagship programs within the Buildathon Season, co-organized by Crecimiento and Lisk. It brings together founders who are building solutions to real problems in Latin America — connecting Lisk’s mission of driving real-world adoption in emerging markets with Crecimiento’s startup funnel, which gives founders the structure, mentorship, and visibility they need to grow.
Over six weeks, founders refine their products and strategies through hands-on mentorship, workshops, and masterclasses with global experts. They work side by side with technical mentors from Lisk, Crecimiento’s ecosystem team, and partners such as Protocol Labs, Ethereum Foundation, and AllianceDAO — gaining support on everything from infrastructure and go-to-market to fundraising and storytelling.
Throughout the track, founders also learn to tell their own stories — through organic content, cinematic capsules, and open diaries that document their real-time progress. It’s not only about building products, but about showcasing the builders behind them: the people solving real-world challenges through technology.
The 2025 cohort brings together eight standout startups leading innovation across Latin America: TuVotoDecide, Apertraz, WalletX, CuraAI, Lendoor, Piggy Wallet, TxSnetinel, and Ramelax. From financial inclusion and data privacy to civic participation and AI-driven health solutions, each project represents a different angle of how blockchain can address real needs in emerging markets — and together, they capture the diversity and creativity driving the region’s tech ecosystem.
The program takes place in Buenos Aires, at the Aleph Hub — the beating heart of Argentina’s builder community — and culminates in a Demo Day ahead of the Startup World Cup at Devconnect. The top teams will be invited to join the Edge City Patagonia Residency, a two-week IRL sprint with full support from Lisk and Crecimiento in San Martín de los Andes.
Every Wednesday, the Aleph Hub becomes the meeting point for founders, builders, and creators shaping the next wave of startups in Latin America. Founders Wednesday is not a formal program — it’s a weekly ritual of connection and collaboration. Over coffee, demos, and open conversations, founders share progress, test ideas, and learn from one another. It’s where mentorship happens organically, where partnerships begin, and where the community keeps its pulse alive.
Within the Buildathon Season, the Lisk Founders Track embodies what this movement stands for: collaboration between local talent and global protocols, solutions built for real users, and a vision of Latin America that’s already shaping the future of Web3.

The Uniswap Foundation DeFi Track is one of the flagship programs of the Buildathon Season, co-organized by Crecimiento and the Uniswap Foundation. Over six weeks — from October 1 to November 7, 2025 — this hybrid program (remote and IRL in Buenos Aires) is helping teams across Latin America and beyond build the next generation of decentralized finance systems.
The track focuses on one clear goal: accelerating DeFi teams from zero to $250K TVL. Founders receive technical guidance, business mentorship, and visibility across the global ecosystem — scaling their projects to real traction, real users, and measurable impact. Teams that reach the $250K milestone receive a $5,000–$7,500 grant, alongside eligibility for additional funding, technical resources, and go-to-market support from the Uniswap Foundation.
This year’s cohort brings together a diverse group of DeFi innovators redefining finance from Latin America to the world: Vaultedge, PHI, Lumis, DAMM Capital, AZEx, Zup Protocol, Tesoro, Sherry Protocol, Alphix, Convexo, Swap Pay, SynthOS, Algoland Vault Hook, Arca, Parity Tax-AMM, Lexifi, AlphaEngine, ShadowSwap, and ZeroFlux.
Each of these projects explores new frontiers in decentralized liquidity, automation, and transparency — proving that Latin American founders are not only building the next DeFi wave, but leading it.
Throughout the program, participants work directly with the Uniswap Foundation and Crecimiento’s ecosystem teams, alongside partners such as Protocol Labs, Ethereum Foundation, AllianceDAO, and Picante. They refine products, test strategies, and gain practical insights through hands-on sessions and six masterclasses led by top builders.
The program’s heart beats at Aleph Hub, Argentina’s crypto and AI coworking hub, where teams gather for in-person meetups, peer learning, and open networking sessions. It all leads to the Demo Day ahead of the Crecimiento Startup World Cup at Devconnect, where founders present their projects to investors and the wider ecosystem.
Equity-free and cost-free, the DeFi Track embodies the shared mission of Crecimiento and Uniswap Foundation: empowering builders to create open, transparent, and inclusive financial systems. Within the Buildathon Season, it represents the frontier where innovation meets real-world use — proving that Latin America isn’t just adopting DeFi, but building its future.
